Dear Sir,
I have to offer new concept of ecological building.
The new concept is based on own know-how technology on manufacturing and installation of wooden frameworks «FAP tech» ("fachwerk" constructions).
This technology allows to mounting houses without traditional concrete bases, without building mechanisms, without any changes in relief and influence on the ground. FAP technology allows to mounting houses in places considered to be unsuitable or partly unsuitable for traditional building. The frameworks «FAP tech» has high seismic resistant and are indifferent to high static and dynamic loads.
The concept of «FAP tech» house organization provides the maximum possibilities for each individual case:
• to use alternative energy sources;
• to accumulate, clean and use fresh water (as technical) from atmospheric precipitation;
• to orientate the house on sides of light with the purpose to reach maximum effective usage of daylight;
• to provide such thermal insulation of premises as to minimize heat losses in cold season as well as energy losses at air-conditioning during summer period.
This technological idea can lay down in the basis of family game-constructor «Construct the house to yourself».
By present time, there are at least five houses in Latvia carrying frameworks of which are made according to «FAP tech» technology.
The project «New concept of ecological construction», based on technology «FAP-tech», became the winner from Latvia at the competition "National Energy Global Awards 2011"
