Solidco Mould Co.,Ltd is a comprehensive manufacturer of plastic injection moulds with two decades of experience.
We have been improving the production technology during mould manufacturing. SOLIDCO MOULD has been improving the staff's knowledge since it's establishment. Customer’s satisfaction is our final target. We adopt the following QC procedure to ensure quality of world-wide standard:
1) Do the mould-flow after the part design.
2) Design moulds and check the parameter of injection machine as reference.
3) Engineering group inspect the mould structure and confirm.
4) Inspection for mould material hardness.
5) Professinal people follow mould machining with each step per the mould schedule.
6) Report for mould trial and sample.
7) Final inspection before delivery.
8) Package inspection before delivery.
